You can use earthworm castings and local forrest fungi https://permacultureapprentice.com/food-forest-fungi/, as far as manure, its best to get it from a good source, and make sure you let it sit for at least a year before using it your soil mixes, as it stands fresh, it is too “hot” or too high in nitrogen for plants and can cause them to wilt.
