Yes, to take part, you’ll need a valid, good-standing cannabis license issued by the Cannabis Control Division of the state of New Mexico.
All transactions occur independently of the NMCE, meaning all sales are subject to the same state and federal taxes you’d encounter in a typical wholesale cannabis transaction.

Both buyers and sellers are required to pay an annual membership fee along with a small transaction fee upon the completion of the marketplace.

In short, no. Technically, this site doesn’t sell cannabis. We act as brokers facilitating external wholesale transactions between licensed New Mexico cannabis businesses. If you’re a consumer and not a licensed cannabis business, you cannot participate in the marketplace. However, you can explore our dispensary directory to find your nearest shop.
We highly recommend including high-quality images. Remember, your buyers would typically inspect the flower in person. Avoid using stock images or images from the internet – opt for real photos of your actual stock. For flower listings, closeups of the buds work best, not the packaging. The higher the photo quality, the better chance your item will sell (and at a better price).
Make your listing as readable and appealing as possible. Mention the terpene profile, flavor, or genetics. Add humor, tell a quick story, share a fun fact, or include a testimonial from a satisfied customer. Write content that captures the essence of your item – just ensure it’s accurate.
Include all technical information about your product, such as your business license number, cannabinoid potency, certificates of analysis, product name and category, growing method (indoor/outdoor/greenhouse), date harvested, and date available.
You can sell any cannabis flower or derived product including cannabis and hemp flower, trim, clones, seeds, cuttings, edibles, drinkables, concentrates, full-spectrum oils, isolate oils, distillates, waxes, tinctures, topicals, capsules, vaporizer cartridges, and CBD products.
