Who can sell?
New Mexico dispensaries, growers, and producers over the age of 21.
What you can auction:
Anything that is or comes from New Mexico cannabis: cannabis and hemp flower, trim, clones, seeds, cuttings, edibles, drinkables, concentrates, full-spectrum oils, isolate oils, distillates, waxes, tinctures, topicals, capsules, vaporizer cartridges, and CBD products.
What you can’t auction:
Bunk cannabis and anything that’s NOT cannabis: glassware and accessories, growing or processing equipment, alcohol, vintage clothes, jewelry, cookware, cars, appliances, music gear, art, video games, or anything else that’s not cannabis-derived.
Auctioning best practices
- Think of your listing as an advertisement. It should be enticing, professional, and authentic.
- Always include high-quality photos of the item you’re selling.
- Include a written description that’s accurate, clear, and compelling.
- Your listing title should include a product name, type, and quantity. For example:
- 100 Blueberry Kush pre-rolls (.5g)
- 1 lb. bulk Blueberry Kush flower
- 1 oz. Blueberry Kush flower 1g pre-packs

Rules & Guidelines
We only have two:
No bid sniping
Waiting until the last few seconds of an auction to make a winning bid is known as bid sniping. This tactic is used to try to prevent other bidders from having a chance to place a higher bid before the auction ends.
No shill bidding
Shill bidding is when someone bids on an item to artificially increase its price, desirability, or search standing.
When someone bidding on an item knows the seller, they might have information about the seller’s item that other shoppers aren’t aware of. This could create an unfair advantage or cause another bidder to pay more than they should. We want to maintain a fair marketplace for all our users, and as such, shill bidding is prohibited on our site.
If we catch you, we will ban you.
